The scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any engagement will be defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work.

Fees for consulting services will be communicated upfront and detailed in the engagement document. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may attract additional charges or suspension of services.
We treat all client information shared during the consulting engagement as confidential and use it solely to deliver the agreed services. Mutual confidentiality terms will apply where formal NDAs are signed.
The Site and any general information provided are offered on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding completeness, suitability or results obtained from using the information. Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
